Roles and Responsibilities

u Work with team members and independently to develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics This work would include customization of entities Plug in development workflow development JavaScript development and security configuration

u Utilize Microsoft VS Two thousand ten two thousand and ten or two thousand and twelve team edition to develop and maintain code bases including branching merging and code builds

u Read and understand the application code and make code fixes to resolve support issues

u Provide engineering support for incoming tickets including extensive troubleshooting and debugging with responsibilities covering multiple Applications

u Proactively identify opportunities with application innovation methodologies

u Consistently monitor the SLA compliance and drive delivery excellence

Details Skills and Experience

u Five plus years of application development experience

u Five plus years' experience doing development and configuration work in the Microsoft Dynamics two thousand and eleven or Two Thousand and thirteen environment

u Develop software to deadlines and quality standards Full systems development life cycle including design coding testing and documentation Creation and modification of custom entities and associated forms and views

u Microsoft Dotnet development to extend the xRM implementation of custom CRM plug ins and workflows Document test cases test data requirements and expected test results

u Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills Good written or verbal skills
