SEO Digital Marketing Analyst
Are you passionate about technology trends and B2B digital marketing? STAND 8 is looking to hire a digital marketing professional to support marketing initiatives and generate new business leads. You will be responsible for website search engine optimization (SEO), impactful digital marketing and email campaigns, and lead generation with strong conversion %. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the technology solutions/staffing industry and have expertise in delivering winning B2B campaigns.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing Director to manage and deliver strong SEO and SEM for the Company
- Manage and execute a digital marketing strategy with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Work with business stakeholders to elevate STAND 8’s digital presence with consistent brand messaging across social channels.
- Create impactful business digital presentations and content to help grow the business.
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
- Keyword research, competitor analysis, AI-driven SEO content creation, and performance tracking.
- Contributing to comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
- Experience managing SEO campaigns for custom-built websites.
- Experience building landing pages with Framer or similar platform.
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends and developing custom content with a fast turnaround.
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Well versed and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant presentation tools.
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
- Strong project management and managerial skills
- Showcase proficiency in utilizing SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, Moz, and Serpstat.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
- Experience in B2B digital marketing in the technology/solutions industry.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
