Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and expertise in Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development:
    • Design and develop ServiceNow SecOps solutions, including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence modules.
    • Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Integration:
    • Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with other security tools and systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
    • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party security tools, including SIEMs, endpoint protection platforms, and threat intelligence feeds.
  • Implementation:
    • Lead the implementation of SecOps solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
    • Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Work with security and IT teams to identify process improvements and automate security workflows.
    • Implement best practices for security operations and incident response.
  • Support and Maintenance:
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow SecOps applications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SecOps modules and integrations.
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators on SecOps functionalities and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, specifically in SecOps.
    • Proven experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence modules.
    • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
    • Experience with REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
    • Proficient in using and integrating security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred).
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SecOps (preferred).
    • Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH (a plus).
