ITSM & ITIL
• CAB agenda preparation and Chairing the CAB meetings
• Approving / Rejecting the change requests
• Participation in PIR forums and GCAB calls along with the change requesters
• Publishing FSC and weekend status mailers, Process awareness mailers
• Dashboard /Deck Preparation & Reporting
• Continual service improvement plans for change management
• Conducting Awareness sessions on need basis
• Performing UAT testing for any new tool level enhancement
• Good to have exposure in BMC remedy/SNOW and ITIL knowledge
