SAP ABAP-
Must Have Skills
- 4-6 Years of SAP ABAP Development and Support experience
- Worked in IDOC Configuration, Standard code debugging, Job Failure & BAPI Analysis
- Support experience handling P1,P2,P3 tickets
- Good Communication Skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze SAP ABAP Code, understand the flow and provide fixes
2. Coordinate closely with offshore and onshore SAP SD team to understand the business requirements and flow
3. Join daily standup calls and provide update on the defects or changes worked upon
4. Work with business SME to clarify any doubts regarding the defects
5. Fix the defects, test them end to end before sending it to QA. Ensure fixed defects are deployed to Prod as part of the release
Good To Have Skills
- Previous experience in working with Retail Domain accounts
- Worked in other SAP Modules like SD, MM, FI
- Worked with US based Clients
- Worked with ticketing tools like Remedy, Cherwell or Service Now
