Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 6 years of experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and translating them into functional specifications. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze business data and identify trends to support decision-making processes and provide insights that help in strategic planning.
  • Process Improvement: Assess current business processes and workflows, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process maps, use cases, and project reports.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables while managing project scope and risks.
  • Testing and Validation: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs and are functioning as expected.
  • Reporting: Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., Finance, Healthcare, IT, etc.].
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments and familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Certifications (preferred): CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP, or other relevant certifications.
