Skill Required

• Build, manage, and administer a diverse mission-critical IT environment, including Windows, Linux, and Vmware ESXi systems.
• Install and configure desktops, servers, network switches, power distribution units, and other critical services in support of ADD Systems operations.

• Install, upgrade, maintain and document VMware vCenter infrastructure
• Install, upgrade, maintain and document Windows & Linux

• Solid proficiency with Linux RHEL/CentOS.
• Have strong understanding in at least several of the following areas: VMWare, Cisco, Nimble, Veeam, Check Point, Aruba Switching, Monitoring and infrastructure services such as DNS, Proxy, LDAP/AD, NTP and others.
• Able to support our customer base. Will need to have experience working with customers and customers systems.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as nightly backups.
• Able to provide support for Veeam backup solution.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
• Provide and plan after-hours or weekend support when necessary.
• Successfully manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring those same activities are properly aligned with corporate objectives.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
