Service Desk Analyst
Position- Service Desk Analyst
Exp:- 3+Years
Location- Hyderabad
JD:-
Handling the issues with Semi calls, like Phone Call or chat support and giving the solution on queries.
Issuing / Returning of Assets are maintained in IT-Management Tool.
Installation of Operating Systems with the all Flavors.
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop, Laptop, Workstations.
Setup end customer devices like computers and peripherals and test network connections.
Test computers to ensure proper functioning and inform findings.
Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
Network and connect computers within organization to better communication.
Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
Troubling shooting problems by taking control over the user machines using VNC utilities.
Installing OS Patches, and Process required Applications
Trouble Shooting Hardware, software and Network issues
Updating the Anti-virus with the latest Extra.DAT File for preventing from the Ransom-ware Virus.
