- User and group management
- Password Management
- File system administration
- Monitoring the System performance
- Monitoring backups and restore performance
- Accessing system console , checking logs & System health status
- Taking hot and cold Backup as per user requirements
- Raising the tickets & solving the raised Tickets
- Administration of Data Protector 7.0 clients, Client EML Tape Library
- Server monitoring using Client OVO.
- Provide appropriate knowledge transfer to Client teams
