Skill- Autocad
JD:
- Develops complete set of Conceptual / construction documents including plans, elevations, details and sections
- Uses appropriate references to research and make decisions regarding technical detailing of building systems & ensure quality control procedures
- Ensures technical integrity of documents using knowledge of applicable code, life safety systems and standards in preparation and/or review of design and construction documents
- Conducts site surveys, code research, and site observation during construction
- Interface with Design team, Construction, Consultants, Fabricators
- Creative Design concepts
- Supports the construction administration process & documentation
- Works with the project architect to perform consultant coordination duties
- May attend client meetings and have direct interface with the client throughout the project
