Responsibilities
- Have a minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in SAP CRM Functional, Certified SAP CRM Service consultant would be a plus
Module Expertise in CRM Sales & Service
Experience in base customizing is must
Solve support related issues creatively and demonstrate high integrity, and should be able to work independently.
Experience in Workflow.
Able to handle and resolve middleware related issues.
Candidate must have good Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, Problem solving skills and technical documentation skills.
Should have hands on experience, architectural knowledge on SAP CRM module
Independently be able to work on project requirements in his/her specific work streams with quality deliverables.
