Tibco Lead
Must have 7+ years of experience on TIBCO BE, BW

Experience in developing software using Tibco products(BE, BW , Hawk, Tibco Admin, Spotfire etc)

Good knowledge of Java/ J2EE, Webservices,XML , XSL, JMS, Linux, Shell/perl scripting
4
Good understanding of TIBCO BE Concepts like Rules, Events etc…

Good communication and analytical skills are must.

Must be able to coordinate with offshore team of size 3 to 5 developers
