As400 - Mumbai
• Product Development:
o Perform detailed requirement analysis and design for New Product releases raised by the business users as per TALIC standards.
o Design, Develop, Test and deploy applications on the AS/400 using COBOL/400, RPG/400, ILE, DB2/400 and CL/400
o Provide post implementation support for the release.
Profile of resource:
o 3-4 years of experience on developing applications on the IBM AS/400 platform preferably using COBOL/400, RPG/400 (Minimum of 2 years on COBOL/400 skills is mandatory)
o Experience on life insurance domain preferable.
• Production Support:
o Analyze and provide resolution for calls raised by the Business users on eHelpline (Online Call tracking system used by TALIC)
o Perform detailed root cause analysis for issues and identify permanent fix for the same
o Perform data patches as a work around for immediate resolution
o Generate ad-hoc reports based on user requests
o Requires strong analytical skills, prompt user communication and updates, strong AS/400 skills (COBOL/400, RPG/400, DB2/400 & CL/400), strong technical skills on SQL/400
Profile of resource:

o Experience on life insurance domain preferable.
Note:Client is TATA AIA
Profile with insurance background would be preffered though not mandatory
