ServiceNow Monitoring
- Minimum Experience 4+
- Expert knowledge of how Service Mapping works with patterns
- Expert knowledge to create and modify patterns in Service Now
- Intermediate knowledge of how write regular expressions, Java scripts, shell scripts, bash, PowerShell
- Intermediate knowledge of how various application server works (deployment, configuration etc.)
- Intermediate knowledge of network topology, how load balancer works, application deployments etc.
- Must demonstrate senior level ability to write detailed documentation .
- Ability to integrate multiple third party sources into Service Now Event Management.
- Ability to write Event Rules, Alert Management, Remediation workflows etc.
