As a Product Manager for Secure SDWAN platforms, you are responsible for:
•         Drive the E2E feature development on our secure SDWAN platform within the roadmap and strategy of ngena
•         Support the development and prioritization of ngena roadmap and service strategy with your market and tech know-how
•         Manage the service lifecycle including new product development, sustainable support of existing products in the portfolio, EOL
•         Liaise with key technology partners, including industry leading SDWAN technology providers like Cisco, Fortinet, Versa, etc, security providers like Zscaler, and more to provide alignment in terms of roadmaps and strategies
•         Own the in-detail requirement specification, leading the cross-functional team contributing to fully define how to support new capabilities within our platform and our business processes,
•         Create a consistent 360 degree view of new platform or capability introduction, considering all the needed layers from BSS, OSS to Orchestration, Procurement, Fulfillment, Service Assurance etc
•         Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Presales/network design teams Customer Success to support the creation of customer-driven messaging, sales enablement tools and thought leadership materials to execute the go-to-market strategy
•         Source of knowledge in your field of expertise, including trends and technologies
 
Your Assets
•         5+ years of work experience as a product manager bringing innovative service offerings and solutions to the market
•         Proven track record of definition of SD-WAN services and solutions leveraging Cisco (both Viptela and Meraki) and/or Fortinet and/or Versa technology
•         Experience in definition of cloud networking and cloud security services
•         Experience in aligning technical and commercial service definition to an organizations business processes
•         Well versed with telecom business processes (B2B preferable) ranging from but not limited to product offering catalog and order handling.
•         Knowledge of workflow management software like ServiceNow
•         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas
•         Customer-focused, self-starter with high levels of initiative, dedication, and energy who can galvanize a x-functional team of Product Owners, BSS/OSS Architects and other key stakeholders to follow
•         Entrepreneurial attitude and capability to work hands-on
•         Multiple years of experience in working in agile/lean environments – and enthusiasm to foster and develop those
•         Flexible to work across geographies and time zones to ensure proper communication
•         Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Telecommunications or equivalent experience
•         MBA and Cisco and/or Fortinet and/or Versa certifications are a plus
