Project implementation Manager-Network Infra Project
Role: Project implementation Manager (Client Role) > Network Infra Project
Experience: 4 years + (Project Management Experience Must)
Cert: ITIL, Prince2 or PMP (not mandatory if have expr in PM)
Customer Service Delivery team is responsible for facilitating and supporting the implementation of the customer designed solution within the Managed Network Services.
• Reviews assigned Projects with respect to scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
• Accountable for implementation of the unique contracts for each external managed client which includes implementing and billing per contract specifications, and serves as primary customer interface.
• Engage Resources via Engagement process for each activity within the Project. Coordinates personnel and resources and third-party resources involved in the project and conducts meetings to facilitate work in support of the Project.
Interact with both internal and external resources to Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor & Control and Close Project tasks / activities.Yrs of Exp- 5+Yrs
