Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, particularly within the ITSM module. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in e-bonding integrations, including for Change, Incident, and Service Request modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement e-bonding integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions aligned with business needs.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules as per requirements.
- Ensure smooth and efficient data exchange between systems through integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Service Request).
- Proven expertise in e-bonding/integration using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), or middleware.
