Scrum Master
JD: Acts as a Scrum Master and oversees project delivery, development of and management against project budget and plans, monitors, and reviews various development deliverables ensuring all are consistent with standards. Leads coding and other work activities as necessary. Responsible for technical design and documentation of requirements. Assists application architects in the creation of application, integration, and data architecture. Ensures compliance of developed solution tunderlying solution architecture. Leads daily collaboration efforts with project team members tidentify issues and risks associated with the design, implementation, and delivery of project assignments. Leads development and integration environment setup. Lead configuration management including source code control, build automation and development of deployment scripts and instructions. Participates in designing and coding complex features, debugging, unit testing, building configuring, and deploying application software. Analyzes, designs, and recommends third-party tools and custom applications. Analyzes required functionality and implements customizations tplatforms or develops custom solutions tfulfill business requirements. Reviews other developers work tensure solutions are aligned tarchitectural specifications and design. Investigates and corrects reported issues against existing software. Recommends/Implements performance improvements including tuning, code refactoring or process changes. Collaborates with team members tunderstand business requirements and create clear, technical specifications outlining the specific enhancement or functionality required. Supplies estimations, status updates, and escalations tensure timely delivery of solutions. Provides on-going support tbusiness and content teams managing sites on strategic technology platform. Lead configuration management including source code control, build automation and development of deployment scripts and instructions. Develops and maintains testing scenarios and prepares necessary test data for thorough unit and integration testing results. Maintains source control, version control, and defect tracking systems. Responsible for preparation and maintenance of technical documentation. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Advanced understanding of Agile (Scrum) development methodologies
