Look for someone 13 -15 years' experience
Client is looking for someone who can help them define their transformation journey and coach leaders/associates on possible approaches.
Job Description:
Coach/facilitate/train to assist teams in performing development utilizing Agile with 10+ years' experience; Experience with data teams preferred.
Train the project team members, on Agile / Scrum / Kanban to get them all to a common level of understanding of the Agile principles, Scrum & Kanban frameworks; Knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks would be beneficial.
Supplement the agile mindset and ceremonies to make sure there is standard and consistency across shores in the organization
Coaching teams on the implementation of Agile principles and practices
Mentor / coach the Scrum Masters from a release planning as well as iteration planning perspective to help ensure release level as well as iteration level goals are met
Assessing team agile maturity periodically and working on the improvements
Provide feedback on effectiveness of Agile implementation and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement on an on-going basis
