Sr. Technical Consultant - Video Conferencing
Rich Hands on experience of administering Video conferencing solutions. In depth knowledge of Audio/Video Telephony (Legacy & IPT) of various OEMs to support remote maintenance Hands on experience (installation and maintenance/Troubleshooting) on VC Products like :
- TMS, VCS Control and expressway, MCU, ISDN GW, IP Gateway
- Remote support management for Cisco Telepresence, Tandberg, Polycom etc
- Hands on SDX, HDX, Scopia – support remotely
- Video conferencing Bridges/Audio Bridges and hotlines
- MCU related issues troubleshooting remotely
- Manual arrangement to add audio bridges in video conferences
- Manually extending the Meeting end time on request from client
- Gatekeepers & Gateways Administration
- Video End points management and troubleshooting
- Quality of Services(QoS)
- Bandwidth Management for Video Traffic
- IP and ISDN Terminologies must be well known
- H323 Protocol Suite
- Preliminary knowledge of Firewalls and NAT
- Should have excellent troubleshooting skill on VCS Expressway, VCS Control, IP Gateway, ISDN Gateway
- Firmware upgrades for VC end points
- Onboarding new units and handling configuration/testing with A/V or 3rd party field support teams
- Reporting & Analysis for VC infrastructure
- Troubleshooting real time live webcast issues during the events
- VC Directory management and update
- Awareness of ITIL framework and familiarity with ITSM Tools (like Remedy/HPSM/Clarify etc )
- Vendor Coordination and OEM coordination on VC related issues
