A law degree and a minimum of 3 years of post -qualification experience.

%26middot; Knowledge and understanding of insurance policy wordings, insuring clauses, conditions and exclusions, specifically professional indemnity, and casualty insurances.

%26middot; Expert knowledge of liability, indemnity provisions, contractual risk transfer, and principles of tort and damages.

%26middot; A proven ability to review and negotiate contractual terms to ensure compliance with insurance requirements based upon Jacobs insurance programs.

%26middot; Familiarity with global insurance program structures.

%26middot; Knowledge of governmental entities and procurement processes

%26middot; Motivated to be part of a successful team, but also able to work independently.

%26middot; Clear ability to take initiative to define, analyze and effectively solve problems, seeking guidance as necessary, rather than waiting to be directed.
