Responsibilities Include:
- Change Request Planning, Execution, testing and Rollback Plan for all the in scope services.
- Responsible for meeting the Response and resolution SLA for all the incidents received in L2 Bucket.
- Keep the track of the all service KPI's and take appropriate actions when any deviations observed.
- Patch updating, deploying fix and updating database for deployed application.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
