RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Agile Ceremonies for two Scrum Teams
- Coach, Teach, and Mentor to promote Agile Practices
- Remove Impediments
- Scrum Planning and Backlog Management
- 4+ years as a Scrum Master for startup culture.
- Passion for coaching and growing others
- Manage day-to-day activities of the team.
- Manage budget, forecast, actuals of the project management.
- Have daily calls, ensure dev/test continues as per plan.
- Perform Planning based on the project management received.
- Create status reports
- Maintain stake holder relationship with business
- Create metrics like schedule variation, defect density
- Plan for pilot rollout and implement the pilot rollout.
- Work with release engineers to get the project management chain-wide once the project pilot completes.
