Contracts Management -
• 10+ years of IT experience
• Minimum of 5 years Contracts Management experience
• Analyze contract requirements of White Cap to use them later appropriately in development of new or revising existing contracts
• Hands on Experience on development of Scope of Work (SOWs), Change request (CRs) and MSA documents for Infrastructure Towers for Customers
• Understanding and working Knowledge of execution of SOWs in Infrastructure areas – Network & Voice Communications, End User Computing, Hosting, Infra Tools and Service Management Processes
• Design and implementation experience of SLAs
• Vendor Management Experience with Contracts development, review and execution oversight.
• Excellent communication skills – Oral and Written
• Participation in Customer weekly reviews and interact with senior leadership team of White Cap Contract Management and PMO team
• Perform other duties as assigned
