- Application support on the ground level
- Governance on change management, problem management, capacity, planning, ensuring controls, how to deal with cloud based / SAS based application or SAS platform
- Core Governing required in Financial domain projects.
- Candidate need to deal with Software Development team, Testing team, Release team, stakeholders etc for further application related work.

- Should be working in IT service management
- Domain - Service now, Jira, Etc for Incident management related work
