We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC IRM Architect / Senior Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in GRC/IRM, and will be responsible for architecting solutions, leading development efforts, and ensuring the successful deployment of GRC/IRM capabilities across the organization.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC IRM Architect / Senior Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in GRC/IRM, and will be responsible for architecting solutions, leading development efforts, and ensuring the successful deployment of GRC/IRM capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices for GRC/IRM on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.

Development and Implementation:
- Lead and participate in the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Create and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems to streamline GRC/IRM processes.
- Develop and implement complex business logic using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other advanced ServiceNow scripting methods.
- Ensure the quality of code and configuration through thorough testing and best practices.

Platform Management and Optimization:
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the ServiceNow GRC/IRM environment, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced functionality within the GRC/IRM modules.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, risk management teams, and IT departments to ensure that GRC/IRM solutions meet organizational needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on the capabilities and best practices of ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
- Lead training sessions and knowledge transfer to other team members and end-users.

Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage GRC/IRM implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of GRC/IRM initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that the GRC/IRM solutions adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Work with internal audit and compliance teams to address any gaps or issues identified in the GRC/IRM processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and architecture, with a focus on GRC/IRM modules.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Architect or Senior Developer.
- Deep understanding of GRC and IRM concepts, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and custom development.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about GRC/IRM solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
