Sap Basis Consultant
- Worked on SAP Implementations, Installations, system refresh, Release Upgrades, S/4HANA Conversion and OS/DB Migrations of ABAP and JAVA solution
- Hands-on experience and supported SAP Migration including DMO Planning, scheduling, co-ordinating, executing and Delivery.
- Strong and should have vast experience in System Copy (Homogeneous and Heterogeneous) using SWPM export/import and Backup Restore
- Production Cutover support and experience.
- Strong in SAP Technical Migration, Integration and configuration
- Able to support SAP Netweaver and Non-NetWeaver products, ERP, CRM, BW, S4HANA, JAVA, ADS, PO, Portal, Content server
- Worked on tools SWPM, DMO for migration
- SAP Basis technical Support and Administration, Incident handling
- Error resolution (System or User generated error) & interacting with various teams for resolving issues
- Customer focus and strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills
- Very strong analytical skills and creativity in solving complex challenges required; able to identify and manage business & technical dependencies
- Strong in co-ordinate, communicate and de-escalate customer escalation
- Have exposure on HANA Administration & Importing Delivery Units and ASE Database
- Handling On-call support on regular intervals
