Experience in policy compliance on Windows Server operating system and its configuration pertains to security settings and OS hardening 2. Thorough understanding of Active Directory, GPO configuration, DNS etc. 3. Hardening of controls in line with security policy, standards or best practices along with exception handling 4. Working experience in heterogeneous server environment 7. Understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN 8. Tier III support with in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting 9. Analytical, trouble-shooting and problem solving skills 10. Good communication skill, teamwork and coordinate with multiple stakeholders 11. Able to work effectively under deadlines and handle critical situations, provide solutions 12. Provide mentoring and coaching to team members 13. Responsible for create and maintain SOP documents 14. Change Management: Prepare Implementation, rollback and test plan, risk and impact analysis for critical or complex changes 15. Ability to prioritize the task execution 16. Analyse data, oversee and contribute to service improvements 17.
