Regional Sales Manager

Role Description:
This full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager - B2B B2I sales will be responsible for establishing and managing key relationships with existing and potential B2B clients mentioned above.
Regional Sales Manager will also maintain a deep understanding of client needs and evaluate market trends and competitor activities to develop the company's sales strategies.
Job highlights:
- Tie-up with colleges,universities & educational institutions for Placement Prep platform and its digital / online courses.
- Build relationships with a network of colleges,universities & educational institutes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Approaching B-Schools, Management Institutes, Private Universities and Autonomous institutions for tie-ups and alliances.
- Making the proposition to the management/ concerned department.
- Arranging product demo
- Handling all the documentation work until completion (signing up the contracts)
- Maintaining and reporting the visited accounts status on daily basis
- Pre and Post visit reporting to the lined manager
- Assigned demographic data collation and detailing maintenance on CRM.
- Maintain strong After Sale Relations with the customers.
- Account Profiling (All pertinent information about the target institutions)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/MBA/Or any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales under Higher Education category, with proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, and managing key accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software for sales management, and other sales tools.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide timely solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze sales metrics and interpret trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Passionate about education and innovation, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
