Job Description:
Service Now administration and small code changes.
Implementation of change management module.
Customizing workflows for a different type of changes.
User administration, groups, and roles.
Created UI actions on the forms, links, headers.
Created and worked on form designs, form layouts for the tables.
Involved in documenting the project worked and designed flow charts for 3 entire types of the change process.
Developed Record producer for raising changes.
