ENOVIA Senior Technical Consultant/Lead:
• 5-9 years of experience in configuring and implementing the business processes in ENOVIA V6/3D Experience with OOTB (out of the box)
• Good Technical knowledge on Java, J2EE, JSP, HTML, XML, TCL and MQL
• Good process understanding and experience on Enovia 3D experience Program Central, Engineering Central, Design Central, Product Central, Variant Configuration and Engineering Central.
• Good understanding & Experience of ENOVIA Application Upgrade processes.
• ENOVIA 3D Experience & PLM Application Upgrade expert.
• Excellent experience & expertise of configuring 3D Experience. Experience with CAD Integrations would be an added advantage.
• Capable of working with customer business users & process consultant.
• Responsible for providing technical guidance/solutions.
• Ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.

Good communication skill.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Experience on AMAT business process.

Production support for Multi-CAD and PLM applications
First level technical cause analysis for issues and resolution
End user interaction and training
Incident Management
Coordinating with other internal functional teams
Interact with application vendors on product bug/issues
Issue Reporting and Metric
End user perception survey and documentation.
