Visual Basic Production Support
Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Visual Basic Production Support
In this role, you will be responsible for handling, maintain & support VB applications in production environment with little bit of L3 (minor enhancement) work.
Responsibilities:
Perform Visual Basic application support
Manage and resolve production incidents. Covers system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects and end user support. Users who contact directly regarding issues.
Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools
Problem Management: Track, record, and process all recurring tickets against the application via the tools.
Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment
Ability to acquire business domain knowledge quickly and effectively to take a role of subject matter expert for multiple applications\ Deep understanding of the support process
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work against deadlines/priorities
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
BE / B.Tech
Preferred qualifications
Self-motivated " Visual Basic Developer " with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have strong experience in VB, and SQL.
Perform VB application support which is built on Visual Basic
Experience in production support
Good team player& can work as individual contributor
