Test Manager
Good communication skills on all levels, cross-domain, and technology or business teams are important
Experience in Testing Analysis (ISTQB), a vast hands-on experience of Test automation with TOSCA and good knowledge of JIRA.
For the individual work packages, support the test manager by contributing to the test plans, suggesting test methodologies, the test readiness reviews, test progress reporting, the test completion/summary Reports and test defect reports
Vast experience on automation testing, especially on python, PL/SQL, Selenium, ETL and SAS.
Candidate should have exposure in CI: CD journey
Leads the team in estimating after a thorough consideration of design, build and testing complexity as well as maintainability and serviceability
Drives the adoption of software test engineering principles, processes and best practices
Supports defining the test strategy and advises on product roadmaps and migration plans to achieve strategic goals
