- Have good knowledge of Client and Server side scripting
- Has worked on Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, SLAs, Metrics, Schedule Jobs, Workflows, UI Pages and Reports in Service Now
- Also, Worked on Knowledge Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog and Knowledge Check
- Created Application Automator for automated CMDB and have a basic knowledge of Discovery and Integration
- Designed several Workflows for Service Catalog and SLAs
- Worked on Events and Notifications.
- Accreditation from Servicenow Partner Portal: HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, IT Operation Management
- Implementations: ITSM Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge), Service Catalog, IT CMDB, Vendor & Contract Management, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management
- Expertise in Service Portal and ServiceNow version upgrade
