Location Skill Skill Group JD Bangalore JavaScript, .Net, HTML, and ServiceNow API's Dot Net Responsibilities • Working with Business Analyst or business SME's to support requirements gathering, and build out of core HR ServiceNow functionality • Design business requirements and provide development strategies and architecture to meet business needs around their HR Solutions • Architect HR related business processes into ServiceNow • Perform configuration level tasks to meet business requirements (process flows, field setups, page layouts, role/profile changes, etc.) • Follow agile software development life cycle methodology to include development based on business requirements, testing, and change documentation to meet change control requirements • Work with the technical & development teams around solutions technologies such as JavaScript, .Net, HTML, and ServiceNow API's • Directly engage with the end users on requirements and offer technical direction as requested by the functional consultants. • Document requirements and solutions using BPML • Complete timely reporting, KPIs, dashboards, project plans, and project documentation • Develop strong relationships with project teams Basic Qualifications • 3+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow implementation, optimization and/or customization • 7+ years of total IT experience • Successful delivery of HR specific projects Preferred Qualifications • Project management experience / certification • Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices • Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application • Experience of using documentation of requirements and solutions using process flow diagrams • ServiceNow certification Location • India /
