IBM TIVOLI Senior Analyst:-
Experience in Administration of IBM Tivoli Products (OmniBus, Impact, Dashboard/JazzSM, NOI, PI)
- Enhancements/ development of Netcool Impact policies.
- Enhancements/development of Netcool Object Server automation procedures
- Netcool Probe Rules Implementation - Implementation/ Customization of Probe Rules.
- WebGUI Customization - WebGUI customize tools, web pages and dashboards Installation
- Good troubleshooting experience (root cause analysis, defect fixing) and provide 3rd level support
- Ensure quality of coded components including supporting of end to end unit testing.
- Basic knowledge about scripting (shell, awk, perl,…) and sql knowledge
- Knowledge of programming fundamentals
- Understand the business process requirements and design.
