Oracle Responsys
Job Description: 5 - 8 Experience
Experience in Email, SMS, Push and In-App campaigns configuration in Responsys.
E-mail design (HTML/CSS), email deliverability and SPAM/GDPR compliance requirements is highly preferred.
Experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through emails
Ensure successful rendering across a wide variety of email clients and browsers
Strong, standards-based HTML and CSS skills
Exposure on setting up Data Extension, Connect Job, MVT campaigns, RPL Campaigns and API triggered campaigns in Oracle Responsys.
Expertise building Oracle Responsys assets (Forms, Dashboards, Emails, Dynamic Content, Spilt Run, Programs, Data Tables)
Understanding of personalization approaches using Oracle Responsys RPL functionality
Monitor campaign performance and present results to clients in weekly/daily and ad-hoc reporting using OBIEE.
