JD:
Must-Have:
- 5 +years of experience in Wintel System Administrator
- Windows systems administrator supporting Windows 2003 and 2008 installation, operations and maintenance; VMWare; Citrix XenApp; Blade logic.
- Responsible for driving technical service resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through technical/functional support
- Perform the duties of Level 3 Administration
- Experience with Windows 2003 2008 Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, Patch management, Log management, WSUS, SCOM, VMWare
- Industry certification is added advantage (CompTIA, MCSE, MSITP, ITIL, etc..
