Position: QA Lead
Experience: 12-15 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Setting QA Compliance Objectives & ensuring Targets are achieved
- Organization level Metrics Analysis, PPB Preparation & Rollout using MINITAB
- Planning for Internal Audits, Execution, Tracking & NC Closures
- Process Definition & Implementation of CMMI High Maturity Practices & CMMI Services
- Piloted PSP / TSP for Software Engineering Teams
- Coordinating SEPG Activities & Meetings
- Identifying Relevant QMS related Training needs & mentoring Leadership & Project Teams around initiatives focused on the sustained improvement of SDLC processes
- Responsible for Maintaining Organization Dashboards & Quality Management System
- Responsible for facing all Organization Audit / Assessment as Process Lead
- Supporting Leadership in driving Quality Culture & Quality Improvements Strategies & Measurement within the Organization
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Internal Auditor: ISO 27001, ISO 9001:2000
