Java Flex Tech Lead - Hyderabad
Good in Struts/Spring and ORM technologies like Hibernate
Good in Oracle -- Should be able to understand Procedures and functions
Secondary Skill Exposure to FLEX will be added advantage
Other Skills Able to work with team and manage the team
Good communication skills
Should be able to interact with end business users and customers
Role/Responsibilities Description Should understand the business requirements
Should be able to do the impact analysis on existing code
