Job Description

• Any graduate/ post graduate with total of 10 to 15 Years with minimum 1 or 2 yrs experience as a Project Manager.
• Has managed/managing development/enhancement project in Oracle preferably in Oracle Fusion or in any other similar technologies.
• Must have done Oracle ERP implementation, should be at the Architect level in understanding the Oracle technologies.
• Preparing and maintaining SOW and manage project work for successfully delivering services as per the contractual/SOW obligations.
• Follow quality processes and perform quality assurance enabling good QPI score Manage business and project/service risks/issues and effectively plan for mitigation as well as contingencies.
• Handling commercial part which includes revenue projections, achieving CM and CSIP targets, monthly Invoicing to client, expense management, P & L assessment.
• Planning a projects cost and managing and controlling the budget
• Managing project resources Documenting the progress of the project.
• Must possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders such as customers, senior management, project team members and other project stakeholders.
• Manage key stakeholder and develop communication plan to address the stakeholders needs and expectations and to provide key information in a timely manner in the format designed by the requestor.
• Must be strong in managing scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk Responsible for managing & controlling attrition by adopting various employee engagement measures & career Development plan Responsible for timely and smooth completion of performance appraisal process
• Proactively identify Training & Upskilling needs of employees based on business demands & technology trends
