Role:  Cloud data Engineer

exp: 7 Yrs to 10 Yrs

Notice: immediate/60 Days

Loc: Pune

Responsibilities:



•Ensure global data model together with teams in Berlin, China and India



•Managing PostgreSql and Redshift suite for Cloud platform supporting multiple applications



•Defining the solution architecture at platform level and detailed design specifications at application level



•Expert knowledge of AWS data landscape (Redshift, S3, Athena, Spectrum, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB)



•Collaborating with the enterprise data management group



•Manage internal interactions with Product Manager, Project Manager, Development Team (e.g
Scrum Master, System Analyst, Architect, Developers, Testers) and other stakeholders



•Guide project team members on all architectural topics and in design & implementation consistency against the architecture



•Interfacing with business teams for requirements definition and problem resolution



•Participate in team planning discussions and execute review activities



•Work in close coordination with technical teams, product and project management for planning and delivery





Skills



•Overall experience of 5-10 years 



•At least 5 years' experience on implementation and design of applications on database management systems, Big Data preferred 



•Proficient in relational database management systems (RDBMS), data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing



•Cloud/AWS experience is a must



•Strong verbal and written communications skills



•Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams



•Experience with international and intercultural teams



•Experience with managing internationally staffed teams, management and balancing of different stakeholder expectations, management of product definitions



•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills



•Ability to balance high quality work standards against time constraints



•Sound analytical and problem solving skills
