Functional knowledge of financial applications and procedures in the design, implementation, and integration of Oracle Financial Applications. 5. Collaborates with stakeholders/internal customers to understand the needs or issues and present options and solutions 6. Ability to convert business functional requirements into technical specifications . 7.Conduct requirements gathering all the way through UAT testing, Prepare Requirements documents, System configuration documents, Detailed functional design documents, perform Test cases, prepare User training documents and Implementation documents. 8. Work in a team plan, prioritize, design, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions 9. Experience and or knowledge of Agile Methodology is a plus. 10. Flexible for working hours as per Offshore/onsite model. Very good communication and documentation skills. 7-9 yrs
