Consultant Print Vendor

Your responsibilities as a Consultant Print Vendor
In your role as Consultant Print Vendor, you should have in depth knowledge on Managed print services. Able to Provide expert judgment and analysis for the design, development, and implementation of printer fleets. You will manage print servers, Print queue and workflow. You will be responsible for Printer driver management, Printer Firmware management, Printer Fleet management. You should be very good at analytical skills for reducing the printer fleets
Sound knowledge on process like incident management, Request Management, change management and release management. Expertise in Remote monitoring tools for printers. Should be responsible for maintaining the SLA as per the agreement. Work clearly and focus on the client requirements and solutions. Must have the ability to identify and instill industry best practice. You should be Flexible and willing to learn new technologies, scale quickly, Implementing service improvements, creative thinker and adapt situationally to different requirements.


Qualifications required
- Knowledge on at least one of Managed print solutions (Docuform Mercury, Kofax Equitrac, Follow2Print, Lexmark DDS, LRS Cirrato, Ricoh Streamline, Canon Uniflow, Formscape etc.,)
- Experience on Client, Client, Cannon or Lexmark printers troubleshooting
- Knowledge in Scan to email, Scan to folder, scan to fax in MDF printers' functionalities
- Knowledge on windows skills like AD, Windows Domain
- Knowledge on Consumables Management
- Fluency in German and English
