Salesforce Integration developer (5 + years for experience)
Experience on Enterprise CRM implementations using Sales, Service and Community Cloud
• Analyse complex business and technical requirements for best-fit solution
• Hands-on experience on Salesforce including Force.com, Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Visual Force and out of the box features.
• Manage data using various data integration techniques between on-premise systems and force.com platform.
• Integrate Force.com with other backend systems using various integration patterns applicable to Salesforce.
• Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture.
• Build Force.com sites and customer/partner community portals
• Use additional API techniques such as Salesforce Bulk and Metadata API.
• Experience on modern web-technologies such as JQuery, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap
• Understand and follow the governor limits and best practices.
• Work closely with project manager/delivery manager to provide status, timeline and effort estimation, and discuss issues pertaining to development.
• Provide guidance to others through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
• Provide solutions that are compliant with IT standards and policies.
• Should understand the Agile project delivery model.
Along with the above, the candidate should have the following skills:
• Should be Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II at the minimum.
• Should have client facing experience as a Salesforce technical lead.
• Able to independently work in all stages of the projects from gathering requirements, design, development, UAT and deployment.
• Excellent communication skill is a must.
