Mandatory skills: java8+springboot+microservices+angular



This is a mid to senior level associate that has experience in appropriate technologies for Front End engineering (AngularJS, HTML / CSS, Node.JS) or Back end Engineering (Java, Elasticsearch, Rest API on Lucene) based on the teams that are on the project
They develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.

Accountability:

• Develop application logic for a multi-component system of applications

• Ensure final product is highly, responsive and of high quality

• Deliver completed code on time and with minimal to no defects or failures.

• Ensure all new logic maintains current unit test coverage standards or higher

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

• Support testing resources as needed to remediate defects, answer questions and assist with automation tasks

• Actively participate in the Agile Ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Story Pointing, Story Elaboration, and Retrospectives

Typical Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge with Pivotal Cloud Foundry preferred but not required

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering concepts and Methodologies is required.

• Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written - and strong relationship, collaboration skills and organizational skills

• Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, framework and tools and support multiple concurrent activities

• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment using an Agile delivery framework

• Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration

• Test Driven Development (TDD)

• Key Technology Areas

• Object-oriented design and programming Java, J2EE, Java Messaging Service, Open source frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
