Venu Gopal
• Interact with business functional users and executives to understand business requirements
• Experience implementing or using D365 -> field service
• Understand business process management and business requirements of internal and external clients and translating them to functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Demonstrate CRM capabilities to promote efficient utilization of the application
• Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
• Create functional solution design to address business, interface and performance requirements
• Create functional requirement and functional design for projects and/or enhancements
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Conduct user and administrator training
At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology and at least 3 years of experience/proven specialization in D365 CE application.
