(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Embedded C, expertise on 32-bit MCUs, peripherals, bootloaders, communication protocols
• Working experience on Low level driver development, OS

• Proficiency in deriving SW requirements from system requirements

• Working experience in handling AUTOSAR / Non-AUTOSAR based projects

• Working knowledge on automotive safety standards and process like ASPICE / ISO26262

• Proficiency in realization of software development according to V-model, ASPICE, functional safety

• Experience in software architecture design

• Proficiency in coordinating with HW, integration. System and other cross teams both offshore / on-site.
• Experience in handling team, project management activities

Good-to-Have

• Background from Automotive, Linux

• Proficiency in estimation, project schedules, cost estimation, resource handling

• Proficiency in ensuring product specification completion with accuracy

• Team motivation, resource grooming, new technology promotions
• Agile methodology

• Lead project, status reporting to customer and management
• Mentoring team technically in day-to-day activities

• Ensure project tasks and deliverable, Quality of deliverables

• Interaction with customers, cross teams to understand requirements

• Individual contribution from technical side

• Resource grooming, management, and monitoring
• Participate in RFQs, new business proposal, internal initiative on technology demonstration, customer visits
