What You’ll be Doing -
You’ll be helping us to modernize and improve our current systems to a more modern automated and DevOps/SRE type environment. You’ll be leading the way in bringing our environments to a full CICD model. You’ll be at the forefront managing TTEC’s journey into the Hybrid Cloud ecosystem!

The Senior Hybrid Cloud Engineer will automate, monitor, and maintain key Hybrid Cloud infrastructure systems in support of the overall organization. This position will be part of the Cloud Engineering team within the IT Infrastructure Engineering department. This position will report to the Cloud Engineering Manager.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
•    Lead the engineering, managing and troubleshoot the daily automation, management and operations of our hybrid cloud software and systems, providing overall management and support of the environment to support our business operations.
•    Maintains and liaison with our Cloud vendors' and system manufactures to support application and operations teams to ensure satisfactory support uptime levels and resolution of issues.
•    Utilize your knowledge and experience with automation and environment management technology, such as Python, Ansible, Terraform and PowerShell, to provide the company’s highest level of service and operational functionality. 
•    Manage the ongoing support and configuration of all elements of the company’s GCP, Azure and private data center environments.
•    Implements and maintains data in the cloud and our data center to provide for the 24x7x365 availability of the technology environment. 
•    Mentor the overall operations team in the ways of automation, DevOps and SRE methodology.
•    Exceptional documentation and communication skills in English.

What You Bring to the Role
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field
•    In-depth knowledge and experience of Hybrid Cloud solutions such as GCP, Azure, VMWare and Kubernetes systems.
•    Professional understanding software and code repositories and integrating / augmenting Terraform, Ansible, Python and PowerShell scripts and code.
•    Strong service management and operations capability to analyze, corelate and identify service automation needs and operational gaps. 
•    Strong understanding of security principles, access controls, identity life cycle and regulatory compliance.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
•    Experience with on-prem and cloud solutions. 
•    Relevant certifications, such as GCE, VCCIA, MCIAAA or relevant experience of 4-7 years.
•    Masters degree is preferred
