G Suite Admin
- Hands-on experience in Building & Trouble shooting different operating systems such as RHEL, CentOS, Windows 10, Mac.
- Maintaining and ownership of G-Suite email system and Cpanel and Plex panel.
- Configuring mails in outlook and troubleshooting outlook related issues.
- G- suite Domain Maintenance.
- Backup and restore PST file, and recovering data from corrupted PST file.
- Installation, configurations and troubleshooting of core network equipment's
- (e.g. Switch, Firewall, Router)
- Configuring and maintaining the VOIP phone like CISCO, Polycom, Grandstream.,
- Configuring and maintaining thePredictive &ProgressiveDialer (Uploading leads and troubleshooting,Call Recording or Voice logger Management).
- Windows Server 2012,ActiveDirectory (AD) Management.
- CCTV &Biometric device installing troubleshooting and generating report.
- Configuring the Local and network printers the access to the users.
- Delivered support through telephone, desk-side visits, Remote control and email.
